Refund Policy
Moc Huong Wellness does not offer refunds for deposits under any circumstances once the booking has been successfully confirmed.
Rescheduling & Service Exchange
In the event that you are unable to attend your scheduled session, Moc Huong Wellness is pleased to offer the following support:
- • Reschedule: Move your therapy session to a more suitable time or date.
- • Service Exchange: Convert the value of your deposit to any other available services.
Notification Deadlines
To ensure the seamless arrangement of therapists and private spaces:
- • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will fully support rescheduling or service exchanges at your preferred time.
- • For notifications made less than 24 hours prior or last-minute cancellations, the deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

Deposit Requirements
A deposit is required to hold your booking. The specific amount or percentage will be communicated at the time of reservation.
Arrival Time
We encourage guests to arrive 10–15 minutes early for tea and consultation. If you arrive more than 15–20 minutes late without prior notice, Moc Huong reserves the right to shorten the session to accommodate the next guest, while the full fee will still apply.
Health Disclosure
Please inform us of any health conditions (pregnancy, injuries, allergies) so we can design the safest and most suitable care experience. Moc Huong Wellness is not responsible for undisclosed conditions.
Minimum Age
We welcome guests aged 6 years and above.
